While you are at home, find one item a week to use in a way different than how the item was made to be used. For example, a straw might be a cool stem for a paper flower or a tin can can be a cool drum. Each week this will get harder as the items most natural to you will probably be picked first.
Listen to one story book a week. Watch storylineonline.net or ask an adult to read to you. Listen to their expression as they read the page. Actors and actresses use expression to bring stories to life for audience members in the theater and on your screen. Read to someone younger or older than you. How can you create expression in your voice to make the story more interesting?
Ask if you can borrow your adult's phone or camera to take pictures of things that are pretty outside. Pay close attention to how you position the item in the picture. Often, the picture is more interesting if the main subject (thing you are getting a picture of) is not in the center of the picture. Look at items from different angles. Does it change the look of the item if you take it from low or high view points?
Music is used in education in a variety of subjects. With your adult's permission, seek free resources on YouTube like School House Rock. Find a karaoke version of your favorite song on the radio and see how well you can sing it without the words being played.
