Hello, parents and students!
My name is Alyssa Burden, and I am SO excited to be your 5th grade teacher this year at Madisonville Intermediate! I chose to become a teacher because I believe every student has amazing potential waiting to be discovered. I love helping students learn new things, solve problems, and grow into confident learners.
Education: Bachelor's Degree (Elementary Education K-5)
I am a self-contained classroom teacher. We'll explore: Reading & Writing, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies.
My planning period is 1:00-1:45pm
