PARENTS/VISITORS/Volunteers

All parents and visitors must ENTER and EXIT the building at the front entrance near the office.  Please ring the bell to enter and report to the office.  Students are to walk to class on their own.  Visitors and parents are not allowed past the double doors to the classroom area.  If you are a volunteer, please enter the office and receive a visitors’ pass. All volunteers must complete an application and be approved by the administration for ability to volunteer among students.   When leaving, return to the office to sign out and return the pass.  All other exits will be locked between 8:00-3:00.  This policy is for your child’s protection.  Please help us enforce it.

State law prohibits students who are not enrolled in a school to visit classes.  School Board Policy also prohibits outside students from visiting classes.

Volunteers-there is a volunteer packet that must be completed and approved prior to you volunteering in a classroom.
